Research has shown that getting Veterans outdoors provides benefits to their mental health.  To strengthen support for America’s service members and veterans, we are proud to announce a partnership with Virginia Adventures LLC for the James River Trail Runs in April 2025.  This collaboration brings together two like-minded organizations aimed at enhancing the well-being of our military personnel and veterans.

Through this partnership, we will combine resources and offer 50% off the registration fee for 10 active duty service members or veterans interested in being part of a Task Force Spark Relay or Group team at the James River Trail Runs.  Teams are made up of up to 5 individuals who each run 10 miles.  Together, they complete 50 miles during the day, alternating runners for the relay team or together for the group team.  For more information on the race, please visit www.virginiaadventures.com.
